Most rollers includes 5 elements sealing system such as internal metal sealing ring, inner labyrinth, outer labyrinth sealing, protective metal cover, metal shaft ring. These rollers are welded with top quality. Impact rollers are welded with end rings and ends are coated with primer coatings.

Return rollers are painted with powder paint RAL 3000.
